3. File Handling & Retention
Your uploaded files are:

โข Stored in isolated temporary storage
โข Automatically and permanently deleted after 1 hour
โข Never backed up or retained beyond the processing session
โข Never accessed, read, or shared by any human employee
No copies of your files are retained after deletion.
